Signal Methodology

All property signals on PLOT are computed from objective, non-demographic data sources. Our signal computations explicitly exclude demographic variables including race, age, national origin, religion, family composition, and disability. We do not use GreatSchools composite scores due to known bias concerns. Automated tests enforce the exclusion of demographic variables from all signal pipelines.

Verification Standards

Buyer verification is based solely on purchasing power (proof of funds or bank linking). Agent verification is based solely on license verification through public state databases. No demographic criteria are used in any verification process.
