Buyers verify purchasing power through Plaid bank linking or document upload (bank statement, brokerage statement, or proof-of-funds letter). We compute a purchasing power ceiling and discard the underlying data within 24 hours. No financial information is retained.

At launch, PLOT covers LA County, Orange County (coastal), and high-end Arizona (Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Silverleaf, DC Ranch, Desert Mountain). We are expanding to additional markets post-launch.

Yes. All subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel within 14 days and have not used the platform, you receive a full refund. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.

Never. PLOT does not sell user data, does not run ads, and does not resell leads. Revenue comes exclusively from subscriptions and a capped transaction fee. Your data is not the product.

For deals that close through the Deal Room, a capped fee of 0.25% or $2,500 (whichever is less) is paid at closing through the title company. No fee on deals that originate outside the platform.

No. All signal computations explicitly exclude demographic variables (race, age, national origin, religion, family composition, disability). Our build process includes automated tests that enforce this. We do not use GreatSchools composite scores due to known bias concerns.
