Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PLOT (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
PLOT provides property intelligence data, a private listing deal room, and buyer-agent matching services. PLOT does not act as a real estate broker, agent, or advisor. All property data is derived from public sources and is provided for informational purposes only.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Verification
Agent verification is based on public sales records. Buyer verification is based on proof-of-funds documentation or Plaid bank linking. PLOT stores only a purchasing power ceiling and discards underlying financial data within 24 hours.
5. Fees
Subscription fees are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. A capped transaction fee of 0.25% or $2,500 (whichever is less) applies to deals that close through the Deal Room. No fee applies to deals that originate outside the Platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
PLOT provides data and tools on an “as is” basis. Signal grades, valuations, and other outputs are not appraisals and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for purchase decisions. PLOT is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
